November 2025 Visa Bulletin Update

USCIS has confirmed that the Dates for Filing Chart will continue to be used for November and the priority dates for employment-based categories remain unchanged from the October 2025 Visa Bulletin. While no forward movement may be disappointing to some, this consistency means that the filing window remains open for those who became current in October. As such, there is no need to rush to file an I-485 in October, giving individuals additional time to collect their documents and obtain their I-693 medical exam.

If your priority date is now current, we strongly encourage you to move forward with your adjustment of status. Historically, employment-based visa categories have experienced retrogression later in the fiscal year, which could close this opportunity for many applicants.
